Historic Savannah Sponsor Level
Support and Investment $8,000
Since its inaugural event in 2019 in Georgia’s Lake Country, Georgia Color Plein Air has steadily grown into the state’s premier plein air showcase. The first event received an enthusiastic reception, thanks to incredible community support in Georgia’s Lake Country (Lake Oconee) and local residents who graciously opened their homes to visiting artists. Their hospitality laid the foundation for planning a successful second year.
Despite the immense challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Georgia Color’s second year moved forward—carefully and successfully—with the continued partnership of the Lake Oconee communities (Eatonton/Greensboro/Madison) and strict adherence to all recommended safety protocols.
In the years that followed, Georgia Color traveled across the state: to the coast at St. Simons Island for year three, to the vineyards of Château Élan and Braselton for year four, and then back to Georgia’s Lake Country for year five. Now in its eighth year, Georgia Color is returning to beautiful and historic Savannah for the third consecutive time—proof of the city’s inspiring charm and overwhelming support.
Over time, we’ve learned that local engagement is vital to the success of Georgia Color. As the most prestigious plein air event in Georgia exclusively featuring artists from our state, Georgia Color is a significant artistic and logistical endeavor. Naturally, such an undertaking comes with considerable costs.
That’s why we actively seek support from sponsors who share our appreciation for Georgia’s landscapes and cultural richness. The Historic Savannah Sponsor level offers a unique opportunity for high visibility and meaningful recognition, directly supporting the arts and the creative spirit of our state.
